I recently purchased tires from Five Star Toyota. When I was price shopping, I was out of town. There aren’t a lot of tire shops in Milledgeville, so I called dealership for quote. I reached service writer Robert. He asked if I’d be in town following week because a sale was starting. You might ask yourself why Robert didn’t try to sell me some at full prices. He was intuitive to my needs to compare prices. The day I was going for service, I was crunched for time. Robert was conscious of this fact, and suggested a time slot for fastest possible service. He provided regular status updates, and even jumped in at one point to move things along. He took me to cashier 10 minutes ahead of vehicle being ready to roll once vehicle was complete. When I raised a concern, Robert said he’d check into a resolution and follow up. He did just that. Very responsive to customer’s needs. I will definitely be doing more business with Five Star. They definitely live up to their name! Thanks Five Star for a great experience!
