Provided by YP.comThe shoddy workmanship during installation was not excusable. The base was installed with the end opposite the drain lower than the drain end. The mechanism bars holding the doors was out of level. The installer returned and after he left I called and he returned my call and said that he put a shim in and that if he put another it would be too much. He came back and installed 2 more shims before getting it somewhat level. Had I known we were going to experience all this I certainly would not have purchased these services.
