I noticed quite a few negative reviews about Jellystone campgrounds on Mill Run Rd. Why? I don't know. If you have kids between 2-14 they will have a BLAST. It's like a campground amusement park. It's NOT , however , a campground to go to if you're looking for serenity and peace. This place is built for kids and there's alot of them. Staff was friendly too. I noticed a few reviews that the staff were rude and mean. Not so. Just don't act like an idiot and you won't get treated like one. Yes , the campsite is built on a hill. But who cares , its good excercise. All campsites that I saw were level. It is a bit pricey , yes , but look at whats offered! Waterslides , firetruck rides , hayrides. Most is free but not all. The only downside is that the water in their new "splash zone" is VERY cold. Unless the sun is blaring the kids most likely will not have fun. The second day we were there , it was overcast and around 79 degrees and my kids lips were purple. No joke. But we all had fun!!
