My niece and I had been to no less than 5 nail salons 4/24/10 Saturday night at 7:30pm and Le Reve was the only salon in the Mill Creek area which was open and had availability! We'd never been there before, Cindy gave us both pedicures and was very charming. Great service and the color/design is still on.

They did a fantastic job on my nails every time I was there. Very friendly and professional. Thank you for the wonderful service and beautiful nails.

I've been using Le Reve since before they bought out the former business company. I've always found the owner, Cindy, and her assistants, Helen and Ann, to be professional and dedicated. I get a manicure and pedicure every so often and they do a great job. I'd like to try their massage when they start that up. Cindy also does hair. (She also does real estate and her husband does landscaping.)

I went in for a pedicure and bikini wax on May 23, 2009. During the waxing I told the woman the wax was too hot and assumed she made an adjustment. I came home in a great deal of pain and the area was extremely red. Over the next few days the redness did not go away as expected. I returned on June 6th, to show them how red the area was & that the skin was peeling due to a 1st degree burn. They called in the manager who I believe is the owner. They agreed I was burned & said they would refund 50%. As I was being verbally harassed by a customer the manager & workers continued to discuss the issue. The worker then lied about what transpired during the time of service. The manager also stated she had talked to her legal counsel & would NOT refund the money. On Saturday? Really? That must have cost more than just refunding me for the waxing. No money in hand we left after 30 minutes of this circus. We have reported them to the BBB and Attorney General's Office.
