I bought many items from PW, simply because they were walking distance from my home, and I believe in supporting local small businesses. I bought a dog leash for my small Boston Terrier, who at the time was around 6 months old, so he was small, and barely weighed anything. The rep told me it was a quality leash, so I took their word for it, and purchased the leash. It broke in less than two weeks. When I tried returning it, they said it was my dogs fault, and that particular leash does not come with a warranty.

I asked, which one comes with a warranty, and of course the one that cost more than double the price did, so I purchase it. Only a few months later, the leash broke. I went to the store to get an exchange, and they told me it was not possible, and the leash does not have a warranty. I argued and told them I specifically bough thtis leash on their recommendation plus Lifetime Warranty, but they acted like I had no idea what I was talking about, and that I should speak to the owner who obviously was not there.

They blamed my dog again for chewing on the handle, which had nothing to do with the leash falling apart, cutting my finger, and almost allowing my dog to run across a busy street.

This is classic bait and switch. Do not take their word, nor trust their products. Petsmart, Petco, or even the new pet store next to QFC, which is 5 minutes away from PW and has a much larger selection with better prices all stand by the manufacturers warranties, and return policies, but this establishment clearly does not.

I went to Petsmart today , and bought another leash, and saw the exact one I bought from PW, and on the box it said, "Lifetime Warranty." They are liars, so be very careful.

My husband and I have taken our baby puppy, Mango there twice now. Each time has been an absolute delight. Every worker we’ve had the pleasure of working with has been nothing but kind and helpful. They have never made us feel like an inconvenience, and genuinely seem to care about what products are best for Mango. Having a puppy can be overwhelming if you don’t know what to get for them, but Paddywack has what they need and they won’t try to sell you things that you don’t need. We will be taking Mango for all of his toy, food, and treat needs. Thank you, Paddywack!

My dog must have thought he died and went to heaven this weekend. We discovered this treasure on SuperPages.com in effort to find something a little different than the major chain store and I am so glad we did. From the two chairs outside that say "sit" and "stay", to the smorgasbord of toys and goodies inside, this is the spot you want to take your best friend.

My dog always gets a treat from the friendly folks at Paddywack! Great selection of good quality dog and cat food with knowledgeable staff to help out. They also have a lot of fun toys and unique items that you don't see in other stores. Big thumbs up for Paddywack - highly recommended.
