Rude and sneaky! My husband and I recently visited Kafe Neo for our date night. We were excited about spending the evening in the Mill Creek Town Center and eating Greek food, one of our favorites. I was put off by our initial interaction with the hostess who was rude and short. She neglected to take down our names or seating preference on the list and allowed other customers to be seated in front of us. We had ordered our meals from Ashly and unfortunately right after the salad, my husband was called into the ER on a work emergency. We apologized, changed our order to a "to go" and left a generous gratuity for the trouble. When we received our debit card statement, we were shocked to find that the gratuity had been doubled! We will not be returning, nor would I recommend this restaurant with its dishonest and rude staff to anyone looking for a nice night out.
