If someone has to keep reminding you that the law requires him to be on your side, then chances are they're not on your side. Steve Knox tried to sell us to take a higher rate 5%, at a time when rates are at 3.5% or lower. I would never do business with Steve again, and I will never do business with any of the people who he recommended to me, or who recommended him.

We obtained two loans through Steve Knox at Columbia Funding Mortgage, the first to purchase our home and the second to do some remodeling. On both occasions the process was quick and handled very professionally. Steve found us the best possible rates and took care of all the details. We are considering refinancing and will definitely use Columbia Funding Mortgage again.
