There was a STAPLE in my food, which broke my tooth, and Management said that they needed PROOF or they wouldn't do anything. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

Great food, Great service, Great Atmosphere. With the option of the killer sports bar or the dining room for the kid's it's an obvious choice!

Hostess stuck us in half booth when there was open full booth by the window.######Restroom out of hand towels even 20 min after telling them.######Ordered a Sicilian large pizza it took about 20 min to come. Took a bite and the cheese and sauce was just warm and the dough in the center area was uncooked. The crust on the edge was tough and abrasive on the exterior, damp, doughy, & a bit bitter in the middle. Taste was baking soda not yeasty. Sausage looked good but I never got a chance to taste.###Told waitress & Mgr, After explaining the bad points of the pizza he suggested we order something different. Decided on the beef dip. It came in 15 min.###The fries were soaked through with grease. Like the cooking oil was not hot enough. The beef was shredded so much (small pieces) it would not stay on the bread . Beef was tasteless. Bread was too soft, delicate for a dip & disintegrated when dipped. Horseradish sauce was bland & didn't help the tasteless beef. They're rude & refused

waitstaff was attentive to our needs. food came out quickly, but they skimped on the french fries.

Service was a little slow, food was a little too spicy for my tast. It is a great place to bring the kids.
