Fadi and his crew did an incredible job in our basement! We had French drains, a sump pump, eight steel beams, wall coating, a drain to the street, and various outdoor water prevention done. They accomplished all of that from Monday to Thursday. I was expecting them to be down there for weeks! They provided quality work quickly and cheaply and the were a pleasure to be around at the same time. We’ve already scheduled them to do more work in another area of the house. Don’t look any farther. Go with The Foundation Specialists! You won’t be disappointed!

Fadi and his crew waterproofed and put steel beams in a basement for me. I had received one other quote for almost double the price and one company told me they were not even interested in doing the job. Fadi knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it as he said he would in just a couple days! They were there when he said they would be and everything was done in a very professional manner. I have already used Fadi for another project and have also referred him to few people who had the same experience that I did! Not a drop of water in the basement since the work was done!

We bought our house three years ago and at the time the basement was partially finished with drywall. Six months later we started getting water during heavy rains. We were devastated to learn how expensive the solution was potentially going to be after interviewing five reputable basement waterproofing companies. Luckily I found Fadi and his team! At the time he gave me the quote for repair we didn't have the money even though his price was half compared to the other guys. Fadi stayed in touch for a year until finally we had saved enough! From start to finish - four days! They were clean, polite and professional. As a Realtor now I refer all my clients, colleagues and acquaintances to Foundation Specialists LLC!
