I already have told all my friends AND relatives about Scott's Appliance Repair! I tell them if you have any problem with any of your appliances, give Scott a call -- He is the BEST bar none!



We had a prepaid 5 year service contract on our very high-end GE Monogram appliances and any time we had a problem A&E Appliance Repair would arrive. These guys are not well trained or prepared, they had little to no familiarity with high-end appliances and in many instances were incredibly unprofessional -- leaving incredible messes, destroying appliances, and using inappropriate language. We had a small glitch occurring with our stainless steel Bosch Dishwasher (bought for $2100). It still worked but some of the functions weren't working at 100%. The guy took apart the door, couldn't figure out what was what inside and when he screwed it back together he crushed all the electronics because he didn't align things properly! We were able to get a replacement dishwasher, but a lesser model as they said ours had "depreciated" since our purchase! It actually worked before the "repair" and A&E was never found responsible for the destruction. The final straw was when one A&E guy was about to open our $10K stainless steel range with a crowbar! He had no other idea as to how to get inside and I had to beg him to stop! That's when I called Scott. He is calm, professional and incredibly smart. He will actually read instruction manuals and when necessary he reads the circuit schematics to figure out solutions!! With two years left on our contact, we abandoned A&E as we didn't want to risk losing any more appliances to incompetence. Scott has been great! But even with all the positives I've mentioned above, he is also the most affordable! Yes, his rates are less expensive than the large repair agencies!



Go local, save money, fix instead of replace and call Scott!

We highly recommend you call Scott to service your appliances. He was prompt, polite and professional in my interaction with him. Most of all, he provided good, honest, old-fashioned customer service we all want and hope to receive but don't always these days. I explained our problem to him. He could have come out to repair and charge us to profit himself. However, he explained what he thought was the problem and how my husband could fix it. So he saved us time and money. We appreciate such excellent service with integrity!
