I have been calling them for over 2 weeks now, have spoken to 2 diff. gentlemen & I was promised by both that they would call me back. I've been trying to get my oil change in my car but haven't even gotten any replies or calls from them for me to schedule it! I guess they don't really care about making their business expand. I would call all day & no one would even answer the phone! How can you run a business if there's no one there to take the calls?! I say just keep taking your vehicles to Jiffy Lube or Walmart Super Center....instead of wasting your time to receive a phone call back from one of these guys. It's just very poor customer service.
