Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Been going to Kings for over a decade. I am always happy with the service. You can always kinda tell by the vibe of a place by how the employees treat customers.



No matter who helps, I always get the same impression which is, they must love their boss and their jobs. They are always patient with whatever questions I have. They always provide clear quotes/prices on tires/service.



They are pretty well known for being the people you go to in Milford for tires/service. Therre are times when I wished my tires needed replacing every few months just so I can experience the level of service that King's provides.



For those that know customer service whether it is in the food industry, auto industry, etc. you know when you are getting good service. This is the place you want to go.

I have been going here for years but recently the service has been awful. They only have one mechanic that can do more detailed work. The other guys can only do minor things like oil changes and tire rotation. Last month I made an appointment for a week away from when I called. I bring the car there and wait over an hour and tell me that the car is probably safe to drive but we can't do any work on it today and wanted me to bring it back. They told me that they didn't even look at it because the mechanic was busy. So I had to wait two more weeks to bring it in. This time they said it was the belt, branch tube and a heat shield that all needed repaired. Instead of keeping it a day or two to fix it, they are making me wait another 12 days to have the repairs done and I have to drive with these parts needing replaced. They told me hopefully it won't break down before then. These aren't even major repairs. They said they had the parts but would rather me bring it back again 12 days later because the mechanic is once again too busy. Why did they bother making me an appointment if they aren't even going to work on it? Obviously if it was a serious problem, I could understand waiting a few days for them to get to it. But this is ridiculous. It never used to be like this. They need to find another mechanic who can do more than oil changes and tire rotations. I'm tired of bringing my car back every other week for the same issue.
