due to a accident in December i had to take my car in for body work and I arranged for a rental car thru Enterprise . I arranged for a small SUV due to knee problems and they said that they would get me a Rav 4 with out any problems. when time forthe appt i called a week before changing the day from tuesday to Wednesday saving me one day rental charge. To make a long story short, On the day of the appt they called me to tel me they did not have a car for me to go to my appt one hour later, I was already on my way. when they did arrive at the body shop they did not have the small SUV that I requested but a Chevy Impala. I had the car for one day Total bill was $7.88 which was taken from the $50.00 deposit I left them. However when it came time for them to refund the money to me back into my account they short changed me $10.00. I would never rent from enterprise again if it were my choice, Not only do u not get the car you requested but they dont refund your entire money owed you
