These people have taken from me and they will do the same with you. Pete Blaney is the worst loan officer ever he is not helpful and will not be there if you need him. He will give you the run around just like everyone else in this office.

This is the best place to go for mortgage services! I just refinanced our home and not only did they have the best rate, they worked hard to insure that the closing would be quick. Everyone I worked with was professional and always available. I never felt like they didn't appreciate me or my business. Any questions I had were always answered promptly and in a language I could understand. I would never hesitate to recommend Total Mortgage. Even though they are not in my state, there was never any problems or issues. I looked at a number of banks and financial institutions to refinance and I am so glad that I chose Total Mortgage!

I have refinanced twice with Total Mortgage. The service is top notch. John Meussner has guided me through both refi's painlessly and gotten be great rates. I highly recommend.

I just closed on a new home yesterday. I am happy with my experience with Total Mortgage. Excellent rates and low cost. I worked with Fritz Walter and Sharon Samela. They are very efficient, and reponsed to my calls and emails very quickly. My loan was closed in 30 days. The paper work is not bad. They do require proof of everything you put in the application form, which could be the same for every lender I guess.

Total Mortgage was a great help. While the mortgage approval process is a lot more harrowing than it used to be, Paul Parese and Paul Durkin were very helpful. They replied to emails and phonecalls extremely promptly, and that's very important in such a stressful period of time. They were instrumental in guiding us through this process and held our hands all the way through. The rate we got was 3.5%. Great job and thanks again.

Total Mortgage was recommended to me by a friend. We looked into other mortgage brokers and the process they were putting us through was very stressful which everyone told me it would be. Total Mortgage was not like that at all. They made the process of us purchasing a home for the first time a great experience. My contacts were always available to me even in the evening and on the weekends. I couldn't be happier with my mortgage experience and would recommend them to anyone who is purchasing a home. I have had multiple dealings with Total Mortgage. The company is a class act. You do not have to worry about anything being hidden or last minute. They give you the facts about your options and there is no pressure. Total Mortgage also has the best rates available and I recommend their service to everyone I know. You cannot go wrong with this company! They definitely make the mortgage process easy!

I had a great experience with Total Mortgage. George was my loan officer and Darcy was my loan processer. They worked as a team to get my mortgage approved and closed under a tight deadline. I bought a foreclosure and had to close under 30 days. I got a great deal on the loan and had very good customer service from start to finish. I would recommend this company to anyone shopping for a mortgage.

I recently refinanced with Total Mortgage. This is the third time I used them because they always gave me the best rate with the lowest costs. I closed within my 45 day rate lock and the costs were fairly close to those quoted me. Initial calls were not returned within the same day but I was able to get my rate set within a week of initial call. Once I accepted the terms, the process went very smoothly. The appraisal was done within one week of sending the application in. It is a pain to get together all of the documentation but that is the same no matter what lender you go with. There was one time I did not use them because they did not get back to me and return phone calls. The only criticism I have with them is a more timely response to initial calls. If they had done that, then I'd say they were a 5 star rating. My experience has been a 4 1/2 star rating.

Good service but slow processing. Did not give all information at the start, so got delayed to close my refinance. But service was good and good competitve rates.

I refinanced with Total Mortgage and am extremely happy that i made that decision, earlier i had refinanced using Amerisave and there is no comparison on any front between the two. The process was transparent and communication was great, right from the start the process was made easy and i was always kept in loop about the progress.



My loan was closed on time and with no surprises at all, my HUD reflected the same pricing and costs as it was in RFE.

I had a very good experience with Total Mortgage Services. The process was smooth and I was able to close on my refi in less than a month. Total Mortgage Services also gave me the best rate with no costs to close. I called a number of lenders and no one could give me the same deal as Total Mortgage Services. I would highly recommend them for your financing needs.

Total Mortgage is great, Paul Parese in particular. We completed the FHA Streamline Refinance in July of 2012 and are saving $330 a month. The paperwork was very minimal. It did not feel like a mortgage process because it was so stress free and did not require much money out of our pocket. I am very pleased to have picked Total Mortgage and have sent many family members and friends to Paul.

I had a great experience with them. They had by far the lowest rate when I went looking for a refi and I had no problem when we went to close. They were a little slow but it seemed like they were taking the time to make sure they had all of the correct info before rushing forward. Not to mention I saved on my appraisal because of the arrangements they have with local realtors. All-in-all, a solid experience and by far the lowest rate I could find.

Don't do it. Due to a poor appraisal I was unable to refi. Not their fault. Asked for a refund of my good faith money less costs. $300.00 for appraisal. $200.00 for a FED EX shipping label. Therefore no money back to me. Choose someone else.

I really want to give then ZERO star if I could. Please avoid this mortgage broker since they provide the worst service EVER. They may attract you with the lowest rate but it will take forever to close your loan. They place my SSN number wrong in the application for underwriter, they never return the calls and email. This is the worst service I have ever experienced!! Avoid them!!!

I tried to use Total Mortgages Services to refinance my mortgage. They offered a rate of 4.6% which was over 1% less than what I was paying. I sent in my application and jumped through all of their hoops. I paid to have my house appraised. After sending everything in the broker and the broker's assistant didn't respond. Every time that I would call/email them they would take days or weeks to get back to me. Then they would call and ask for information that they already had. This went on for four months. Then I got a call from the broker telling me that the application had been open so long that I lost my interest rate of 4.6%. He wanted to know if I wanted to continue with the loan even though interest rates had gone up to 5.6%? I declined. I will never use them again.
