I would like to say that The Hair Artist stands by the exceptional work and quality product they use. Its unfortunate, that when going to another salon, they may not be certified in applying or removing extensions the correct way. The Hair Artist stands by there work. When taking extensions out correctly, there should be NO breakage. The Hair Artist has never experienced such a problem in having breakage while removing extensions, that has required us to have a client experience "A work in progress". Extension removel at The Hair Artist is done correctly the first time. Having the salon that put them in, should be the salon to remove them, for best results.

Very disappointed in the extension application. When I went to my salon in my hometown to have my extensions removed they wouldn't budge. We used almost every bond remover on the planet and nothing worked. I have a ton of breakage and we are currently still working on getting them out.

I had such a relaxing experience when I went to get my hair done today. The staff goes far and beyond any staff I have ever met. You are treated like family when you are there not just a client. I look forward to my visits with David, Jennifer and the rest of the staff at The Hair Artist
