Would not buy from Q-Gardens again. Most furniture kept outdoors, where multiple dogs are allowed on furniture. We bought an expensive outdoor set and specifically said we wanted new, not off the lot, as the one we saw had white spots on them that looked like dog drool. Delivery people dumped the furniture on our front porch in a pile. No assembly. When we put it together, we saw the same drool marks.
Called store and had an extended, heated discussion (argument). They insisted furniture was new and expressed doubt about our delivery experience. Said they would replace cushions and come by our house to take a look. After four weeks, nothing happened.
Went into store last week. Same guy said he did not recall the sale or talking to us. When I told him I had a hard time believing that and repeated the details, he said, "Oh, yeah. Talked with your wife and she agreed she just needed to wipe it down with a wet cloth." I reminded him that I was also on the phone and we said nothing like that.
He then took my name and number and said he'd call me Monday. Not surprisingly, he has not called.
