This place is horrible, I'd give her -10000 stars if possible; Bernice Dohn is a crook. She committed fraud with my federal income tax. She gave me a copy and filed something totally different with the IRS. When I asked why my refund was more and the difference was going into "another" bank account she blamed the "software" oh please..... her assistant sucks; Bernice told me herself that the assistant refused to answer my calls. Refused!!! please it is your job to answer the phone. Not to mention my state.... 2 months after I sat in her office my state was still not filed.... she kept blaming the system... I ended up filing it myself...!!! She is a scamer, a liar and an excuse for a human being. I will definitely will be reporting her to the IRS and BBB. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS LADY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN!!!!
