3/2016 Was told my vacuum had a clog...salesperson said it'd be about $200 to change roller brush, plate. Tried to sell me a new vacuum for $425 with mine for a trade in.

I took my vacuum home, my son spent 10 minutes to unclog it & it works good as new.



The salesman never even offered to just unclog it. Making a new sale was on his agenda.

Terrible customer service! Just like other reviews stated. The owner is VERY DISHONEST. Caught him in a lie several times. Informed me that the vacuum would not be covered under warranty if bought from Walmart $20 cheaper. Called Oreck directly and they told me he was wrong. Bought the vacuum from him and after a month the hose cracked and owner stated he would not cover it because attachments aren’t covered under warranty. That was another bold face lie. All parts are covered check the warranty! Disputing through Amex and not going to pay for the vacuum! He takes your money and you're on your own! This Oreck store deserves to be shut down permanently! Do not do business with this liar!

The warranty is useless I don't know what does the warranty cover if I have to pay for the parts natural wear out ? When I asked for trade in they didn't pay me fair price for it , completely unsatisfied .

bad place to do business I was over charged and when confronting the person behind the counter They got a real attitude.Cought this person in a lie.I will never go in that store again,

Very poor customer service here, the warranty on the vacuum is just about useless, it is at the discretion of the owner...parts wear out after only a few months, and have to pay top dollar to replace them...will be a cheap vacuum next time and just throw it away...they seem to last just as long as this vacuum
