really bad post service and customer service.
i bought an infinity 2012 less than 3 weeks ago, complained about it needing replacement tires soon. and the answer from service director was "you should have told us that when you bought the car"???
0 customer service--beware.

treated like a mushroom

They kept me in the dark and fed me lots of manure. Salesman kept disappearing. Wasted almost 4 hrs there. Like most used car dealers they will lie and say anything to make a sale. Caveat Emptor

I wish I had followed a review I saw from someone that said, "STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!" These people are not even human. I just purchased a vehicle from them. They ripped me off with some sort of $3000 'bank fee' of which I found out that the financing bank of my new car didn't charge. Just Google "Napoli Indoor Auto Outlet Lawsuit." They just got sued on 2/15/14; they just settled on 6/6/14. I am in the process of filling a suit as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I TELL YOU!!!

Never again

You think your going in for a simple part to be fixed and it turns out to be a disaster. The parts service department is the worst to deal with. Jeff and Jen are very rude and no help at all when you need something listened to or replaced on your car. DO NOT GO TO NAPOLI INDOOR AUTO. It will cause you more frustration and dollars than needed. Don't waste your time and money here.

Horrible service

The service team is rude and nasty. Do not go to Napoli indoor outlet. I've had such a bad experience going there to get my car serviced. The part they were fixing had to be refixed numerous times for it to only need more work done. They stalled to fix what was under warrenty. Jen is the worst one there.

I've went to so many car dealerships to find what was best for me and just when I was about to give up all hope, I was refered to and I'm very glad I came here. I had a lot of odds against me but they didn't give up on me. I'm so grateful
