I hired Finch as the GAL for my children and he was disappointing throughout the process. Although he eagerly billed for every one-sentence email or two-minute phone call, he failed to successfully mediate any issues involving the children. Plainly speaking, Finch failed to represent the best interests of my children at each and every turn. He is afraid to make decisions and is biased against the rights of fathers. Despite diagnosed mental illness, the involvement of child services, and documented parental alienation on the part of their mother, Finch repeatedly failed to protect the children. In a shocking turn, Finch failed to enforce the parenting plan allowing me access to my children on my parenting weekends. To this date, I have not seen my son in over two months and Finch has stood idly by. I put myself into debt to hire an attorney to advocate for my children but I might as well have thrown money down the drain. I cannot emphasize it enough that you stay away from this attorney.
