Provided by YP.comNot worth the trip. Cannot even give this place a star rating. Pulled pork was just stewed in sauce and tasted like coffee. Stuffed jalapeƱos were tasteless and so were the pulled pork eggrolls. And really folks gluten free can taste good just not at Joey C's. Save your time and money and go someplace else.

Provided by YP.comHave been to Joey C's four times in 2013 and every visit has been great. the brisket is my favorite! The wife is a vegetarian and she has no problem eating there. They take care of her without any problem. The drinks are also good and the beer selection is excellent. We went there on a hot, humid night and they lost the AC. Fans came out within a few minutes and everyone was happy. For anyone who had a bad experience previous to 2013, come on back and try again. It's a great place and I am really fussy about BBQ. I give Joey C's 5 stars!

Provided by YP.comthe food wasnt too tasty , the baked beans wernt the normal bushed baked beans type they were weird mexican kind with salso and black beans The corn brread was dry . The ribs were red in the center after saying well done. the only good part was the atmosphere and scalloped potatoes.

Provided by YP.comI've been here a dozen times & the food is delicious. The BBQ sauce is sweetened with agave nectar instead of molasses or corn syrup & is much healthier. In fact, many of their dishes are cooked healthier than your traditional greasy spoon BBQ. Try the fish tacos....you won't be disappointed!

Provided by YP.comOMG the pulled pork sandwich is insane!
The place just opened and we've been there four times. I've tried several of the sides which are all uniquely fantastic but the Au Gratin potatoes are nuts! I would highly recommend this joint to all you Foodies out there!

Provided by YP.comI had some great pulled pork and the macaroni and cheese was outstanding. I had to order more to take home. Great job! I haven't had anything like it in awhile.

Provided by YP.comI have only lived in Connecticut for two years and I have been searching all over for great BBQ. Joey C's has great smoked ribs and awesome pulled pork. A friend told me about it and it was worth the trip. I finally felt at home.

Provided by YP.comThe food was not tasty, cold, dry, and terribly over-priced. $28.95 for a whole chicken (with 2 sides and cornbread)?? The pulled pork was cold, dry, and the small amount of barbecue sauce was tasteless. The chicken nachos were tortilla chips, cheese whiz sauce, a slight sprinkling of chicken, tomatoes, and olives. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone that wants to eat moderately decent BBQ at best, and who values where they spend their hard earned dollar.
