Avoid this company. Even though he was cheaper than the rest you get what you pay for with this business you will just get aggravation. We paid for a hinge for the gate to be self closing did job in April 2017 finally after going through the bbb and the department of consumer protection of Connecticut he finally replaced it in August 2017. We were told after we paid him he would replace it in a few days which by the way he told the bbb the same thing never showed that's when we went to the dcp. We checked with them about his license too which by the way had expired even though the number is on his website and his receipts. He igorned texts and phone calls. Left someone else's fence is our yard and driveway while doing our job. Left cement and wood from our fence in our neighbors yard which we were responsible for cleaning up. Check out other sites like the bbb many complaints regarding same issues. He def doesn't care about pleasing the customer. This company should be called DISHONEST FENCE.

Mark provided a competitive quote and his team of installers worked hard and fast to complete the job in good time. Project had some tricky areas and the team were easy to work with in discussing options and accommodating late changes. Happy with finished product and overall experience. Bottom line - would use again.

the came in not only with the best estimate but the highest quality of work. my neighbors hired them as well and were equally as impressed as I was with them.

The fence installation was performed neatly and the workers were courteous and listened to instructions during the installation. The fence looks great.

Very responsive to calling me with a quote and accommodating my short time frame. The installers did a great job with the placement of the fence even in rocky areas. I think the price was reasonable.

There was no run away with quotes for one! Which I loved. They are excellent workers ! Very conscious about cleaning up at the end of the day, finished my job in -2 - days which was not an easy fence install where other companies said NO. Mark came to the job every day to make sure we were satisfied ,Ben and Jeff wow!!!! What a team they work awesome together ! I would highly recommend Discount fence! Now I'm am good for another 30 years.

The team at Discount Fence are very professional and responsive. They treat their customers with respect and do a great job at a fair price. I highly recommend Discount Fence and will use them again.

We had them put in a fence a few years ago for us. We chose them because they were the cheapest, but it seems that was for a reason. There were some issues in communication during installation where they didn't start as promised and left materials in the neighbor's driveway longer than agreed upon, but nothing major. This year, the posts rotted through and snapped and our fence collapsed. This was well within the expected lifetime of the fence. We tried to contact them to schedule a paid repair for weeks. They finally got back to us and said they would send someone out to look at it, but they never showed and they never answered our follow up calls. Terrible customer service, shoddy product.

ETA: After a rude response from the owner, you can see how great their service is! If they really did come out and look at it, they could have at least responded to a call or let us know that they weren't "interested in fixing it". Also, not sure how the footing explains why the posts were completed rotted through. It didn't just fall over, the posts had to be dug out of the ground because they had rotted through. Again, a two minute returned phone call would have prevented this review. If they simply called us back and said, "Hey, here is what the problem is and why it happened, but it's too small of a job for us to work on" then I wouldn't have posted this. Rude and unprofessional.

Discount Fence quoted me a good price on a diamond split rail fence and exceeded my expectations with the quality of the wood and the professional installation. I will highly recommend them.

Stay Away!! Terrible customer service. Once they have your money, they don't care about making any problems right. Your calls will be ignored or false promises will be made.
