I have nothing but praise for Colonial Toyota. The sales team bent over backwards to get me a good deal. They got me into a 2012 Camry at an incrediblely good rate. I can't thank the general manager, Armondo, Howard the sales manager, Jonathan my salesman, and esp. Ted Pancoast the finance manager. I highly recommend this dealership. Bobby Crabtree has a great team, keep up the good work.

My husband and I just purchase...

My husband and I just purchased our new car from Colonial Toyota and it was quick and painless! After getting the runaround from 3 of the main dealers I got an email from Colonial he promised me that they could get the car I was looking for, the car that everyone else said didn't exist. Less than two months later (what you want is worth waiting for!) we have the "impossible" car sitting happily in our driveway. They kept us in the loop the whole time about the status of the car, didn't push too heavily on the extended warranties, and it was honestly just refreshing to not deal with complete sharks like every other dealership we came across. We love the new car, and I plan on being a forever customer.

I had a superior experience at Colonial toyota recently, I purchased a used 2010 camry. My credit is a little shaky but Colonial was able to work everything out. The finance manager helped me get my payments setup and explained everything and did really well. There was a minor problem with the interior lights. I sent my car to the service center and Greg hooked it up. This is my second vehicle from Colonial Toyota!

It’s a nice store that has good selection, I bought my last two cars from here an never had a problem. The people are professional, with the occasional Saturday noise, but most importantly they also had a like-new Prius for an unbelievable price, but I thought I should live within my means and am happy with my brand new Yaris.

I am always amazed at the depth of Michaels knowledge about Toyota cars. Not only can he assist in locating the right vehicle for you, but he adds those intangible bits that may be a deciding factor. There are a lot of things to consider when purchasing a car beyond the simple aesthetics. Staff at Colonial know all of those little tidbits of information, making them an invaluable resource. Colonial Toyota deserves another Kudo from me. They are the BEST to go to for a car advice. The staff is generous to share knowledge and spend as much time as you need with you. They told me what to look out for when I purchase a car, even when I'm not buying from them. they would go out of their way to make sure I'm getting the right car for my family.



I'm so impressed, and touched, really. To know someone like Colonial who's cares so much about customers, and to know such business exists, I almost want to organize a fan club.

I have been searching everywhere for a brand new Corolla, but I have not been able to find any in the color I wanted, so I was just about to give up but I inquired Colonial Toyota and to my amazement they had the car of my dreams. I was so stoked I immediately ran down there and right when I pulled I saw the car and hallelujah this is fate I was meant to have this car! I met with the guy I e-mailed and he hooked me up with some accessories for the car after I got out of finance. The whole process was pleasant and not stressful as I expected. I can safely recommend Colonial Toyota as an excellent Toyota dealer.

If you're looking for a world class Toyota Dealer, look no further. Sales team at Colonial Toyota was great to work with and definitely went that extra mile to take my trade-in for the price I was hoping. Tony was careful to bring the right used car appraiser to look at my car and with that the sales process was speedy. After experiencing some issues with my bank, they were on the ball in keeping communications open and following through. If you're going to buy, you'd be crazy not to use Colonial Toyota.

I got the cutest collie/mix, Colt, a few months ago, but those pups don't stay small forever and he had a tough time fitting in the back seat of my aveo but since work has been going really well the past year I thought I might as well get an upgrade, if I thought of a big car I always been attracted to the RAV4 so I found the closest toyota dealership and found a great deal on three different cars. I really liked the red and they were even nice enough to sell to me for under the MSRP. which made it a lot easier for me to say yes!! Colt and I very happy with the new car especially since he has own windows!

exceptional staff, pleasant experience

I had some issues with a Toyota dealership in my area, but I love Toyotas so much that I am willing to travel a bit to find the perfect Corolla! I was really happy to find Colonial Toyota after looking through some internet ads and reviews and this palce seemed to be a good one. I’m glad I went with my instincts , Jay was so nice and he actually cared about what I wanted, not what he wanted to sell. I narrowed it down to a few Corolla cars but the one I really wanted didn’t have a sun roof L but I know I could always put one in later. The salesman even offered me to find the same car with a sun roof, but I’ve been waiting too long to buy a new car, I just couldn’t wait, but it was really nice of him to consider it. Now, I am happily in love with my new car, I don’t even think I want to put a sun roof in it anymore it’s just too perfect! Five stars for Colonial Toyota

I e-mailed a lot of dealerships for pricing for the Prius III I got the best and quickest response back from Colonial Toyota so that's 2 stars right there. Then when I came in for my appointment, they offered me refreshments and time to look at all their Prius by myself, another star for relaxation. When I chose the right one, the Iternet salesman was immediately available to adress all my questions and concerns, 1 more star for his good service skills. Finally, my 5th star for them would have to be because I truly appreciate their customer service, I've never been treated as nicely, even in my own home.

I recommend this dealership if you want a respectful experience

Our salesman was Sean, and he was good. I told him what we were looking to spend and he showed us only the cars that were in our price range without making us feel like dirt. He didn't try to talk us into buying a more expensive car and when I saw the Yaris I wanted, he immediately searched his inventory for one that I can actually afford. He detailed the car for us and I must say I am so pleased with my purchase and very impressed with their service.

No Hassle Buying Experience

When my bf and I decided to get our first ever new car! we did a kinds of research online and agreed that a Prius would be the best for our lfiestyle! It was exactly what we needed: fuel efficient, comfortable, and we could plug our Droid into the aux. We were very knowledgeble when going to Colonial Toyota and assumed we'd get a know-it-salesman. but, we got a very nice man, who let us explore the car on our own, and responded to our questions and concerns. Ofcourse, I wanted to take that car home asap, so finance even stayed a little later to make sure we were taken care of. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Highly recommend for people who don't need the B.S.

I recommend this dealership for good service

The weather hasn't been all that kind to me. I hydro-planed and totaled my car over the holiday season while visiting my family. Fortunately, my dad took me to the nearby Toyota dealership and found that the Tundra had much better features than my Nissan truck. During the test drive, I noticed the same puddle of water where my previous car met its end, but the car drove through it like no probkem. The sales experience gets a 5 stars because of their professionalism and kind courtesy, we did not feel any pressure or false re-assurance. I'm very confident and feel much safer in my new car.

I had a dream that I bought a new Prius and was out of the lot in less than two hours, wait… it wasn’t a dream it actually happened! Colonial Toyota was so wonderful I have been doing a lot of research for my next car and when I found the sales people were so sweet and got me into finance right away. Either time really does pass by quickly when you’re having fun or they really got everything done quickly, I am very happy with my new purchase and def. recommend Colonial Toyota! These guys are good

These guys are good, the staff is always freindly and the service department is top notch. It took awhile to get my car back but they did all the repairs excellent. Since I already take my 05 Corolla here I came in last weekend to look for another Toyota. The salesman helping me, made me feel a lot more comfortable after hearing all the negative stuff on the recall. Not pushy, gave me time to test drive 3 models and I even left go eat. I decided to come back and pull the trigger on the 2010 Corolla and I'm glad I did. Highly recommended!

The Most Unprofessional and Rude Dealership!

This is the worst dealership I have ever been to! Before they even show you any cars, etc... They bring you inside and want to write all your information down! Name , Address, Phone # etc... I Have Never had to do this before anywhere! Our Salesman was Jeff L. He was very unprofessional and has a bad attitude! He looked like they just hired him off of the street. He was wearing old beat up clothes; he wasn't even dressed in the Toyota uniform. He Wanted to write all our information down and as he was he told us that they only have 1 of the particular car we were looking for. I told him that i just checked online last night and they had 4 of them. He says "well we only have one". My husband asked him if we could look at it instead of waisting our time with unnecessary paperwork. Jeff L. says to him "this is not a race, man!" then Jeff proceeded to finish the last 2 lines of the paperwork. Then Jeff went to go get a dealer plate and brought us outside and tells us " Um I don't want to deal with ignorant people like you!" and he goes back in the building. Me and my Husband were very upset because we drove all the way from the other end of the state to this place. Online the night before they said they had 4 cars of the type were looking for and they only had one and on top of it we get treated like this! We planned to buy the car that day and put allot of money down.Jeff's manager was talking to us telling us not to worry about Jeff and tried to still sell us a car and we told him that we didn't come all the way from across the state to get treated like this and that we are going somewhere else! We also heard bad things about this dealership from many of my husbands co-workers but we decided to go there anyways because according to there website they had 4 of the car we were looking for. All in all we would never advise anyone to deal with this place. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

just aweful experience. went to look at cars there and a group of punks that work there set off an alarm while we were browsing. They just laughed when we looked around to see who set it off. The employees drove the cars around the lot so rough and gunned it, not caring at all for them. Then the pushy sales guy came out. He was so rude, pushy and condescending. He insulted my father and I because we still wanted to shop around. This was the first place we went. He was rude and talked to us like dogs. The prices he gave us were way too high..18K for a corolla. Then he just stormed away. I only heard about rude car salesmen like this. The lady I work with had the same experience and when I told her about how bad it was she said she knew exactly who I was talking about. His name is Sunny..avoid him at all costs. Very unprofessional, I would never get a car from this place.
