Great Spa with all of the services I am
Looking for in one place!

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! Booked 2 appointments together for facials & massages. We had to wait 20 minutes past our scheduled appointment time to even be taken into the "waiting area." Once in there we realized that only one person would be getting treatments at a time, so the other would have to wait almost 3 hours to get their treatment. I explained to the owner that this was not what she said over the phone she got highly offended & proceeded to tell me that all spas work like this & it's not my fault I don't understand how things work. I then told her we would not be having anything done &want a refund (because she makes you pay with a credit card over the phone when booking the appts) She got extremely mad & would not refund me due to my lack of understanding. She then told me she could write down my credit card info & call me in a few days because she can't do refunds at this time. I finally had to call the police on this woman to get my money back.

I feel compelled to shared a "Perfect Date Plan" that I created last week and most likely will become part of a regular ritual for me & my girlfriend. It was my girlfriends Bday & we decided that more than just going out for dinner, she could use a little extra break away from stress at work which has been driving her absolutely crazy. She'd already been to Cloud 9 and loved their facials, so we decided I would get her a massage for her spc Bday gift.



In a quick 1 min walk we found an easy parking space in the lot in the back of the building, behind Archie Moore's restaurant. She went off for her massaggie, and I loving microbrews found comfort just a few doors down at SBC. She met me right after, and then we had Bday dinner anyway, right above the romantic river stream in the back. All I heard over dinner & all night long, was how great she felt.....over & over!



After getting home.....the favor was returned.....we both felt great! Not to be dirty, but it was a win-win for both. She's still on her high, and I'm sure that this treat will be repeated again & again.

Love the massage and facials are perfect ! Would recommend this Spa to everyone.

This could be the perfect place but due to the rude owner and uncleanliness of the spa I would never go again. The plumbing for pedicure chairs was not set up and the product in room looked very old. Also seems to be closed quite often. No one works the desk or answers the phones. You usually have to leave a message. It seems their time is more important than ours. Worst experience!

Owner offers wine to even minors! Massages stink although there used to be a dark haired female therapist who was great but no longer works there it seems.
In fact no one but a very unprofessional male works there for longer than a couple of months. And owner gets ugly with customers who complain , very sad for such a prime location and expensive treatments!!
