THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT BRINGING YOUR KIDS HERE FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY! I GOT RIPPED OFF THE HOSTESS CHARGED ME FOR TOO MANY KIDS! THE TIP WAS RIDICULOUS AND THEY SEEMED TO BE IN A HURRY, MY SON JUST FINISHED EATING PIZZA AND IMMEDIATELY AFTER THEY BROUGHT THE CAKE.... THE HOSTESS HAD TOLD ME THAT 15 PARTIES WERE GOING ON TODAY, I DONT KNOW WHY PEOPLE WOULD PAY THE MONEY FOR POOR SERVICE LIKE THIS! EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE: PIZZA, CAKE, EVERYTHING... PARENTS DO YOURSELF A FAVOR GO ELSEWHERE! TAKE MY WORD FOR IT!

I am the new General Manager at the milford location as of September 09 and will be improving on the customer service, employee relations, etc. I assure anyone coming to visit us from this point on will not have any experiences like the previous one noted and will be fully accomendated to your needs.
