I walked in today (6/25/18) around 11-1130am. I walked in and was not greeted. To my right was a blond lady talking about check cashing scams and talked about everything under the sun. Completely was engulfed in her conversation and apparently her conversation was more important than the customer. I looked to my left and the other worker was busy looking at everything else in the store, but this customer. I immediately walked out and drove myself and my son to Home Depot. I walked in and I was immediately greeted and helped. I purchased 8 blinds with the remote control feature. Then I received my 10% military discount. There is a reason why Blinds to Go, will be gone soon. Take the trip to Home Depot. TRUST ME.

I have nothing but praise for Blinds to Go. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the price was rather high. I was moving into a new home and needed window treatments for the whole house. The clerk was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. And everything, including choosing, measuring, and installation, happened within just a few days! I am very pleased with the result.

At this store, the customer doesn't come first. When I ordered new blinds, I brought in my old WHITE Levolor aluminum blinds for the clerk to see them and measure them. What I ended up with were off-white, alabaster blinds. When I called the store to say a mistake had been made, the clerk stated she remembered verbatim the transaction of a month prior and that I chose the off-white blinds because white would be too stark in the window. Huh? She quoted supposedly things I said that I know I didn't say. Bringing my old blinds in with me I guess was a complete waste of time. She then refused to give me a supervisor's or customer service number and I had to look it up online myself. Customer service said white was originally ordered and then the color was changed to alabaster (what??), and since I signed the order I was out of luck. Thereafter, I went to Home Depot and bought the blinds there for less money. Thanks for nothing, Blinds To Go.
