Outstanding work and work ethic! I wanted to downsize after 42 years in my home. While prepping for market I removed a dining rm area rug to reveal old pet (urine) damage to about a 30 square foot area. I called four local contractors for estimates on making the repairs and refinishing all the hardwood flooring throughout the house.One never returned my calls, and two of the others were non-committal about how to proceed with the repair and whether the stains would sand out prior to refinishing. One sales rep would only give me an hourly rate for the repair, and would not estimate the time required. Paul (the owner) of Advanced Wood Floors returned my call after work the same day, made an appointment, and showed up exactly on time. He looked at the damage, went out to his truck to get a sander and vac and within 15 minutes I had my answers. Needless to say, I gave him the job which he did with meticulous care, & great personal pride. My floors are beautiful. Thanks Paul. Al -Shelton
