Service is nonexistant after they have your money.

I will not recommend Juniata Valley RV to anyone! Once they have your money they leave you and your RV hanging. We have issues with our unit and they refuse to repair it. We were promised two so called 'warranty' calls to fix any problems. We had one call the then they refused to repair the remaining issues. We have a gas leak and they are refusing to repair it. We have plumbing issues, they refuse to address those as well. Once this place has your money, they care not one iota. Service after the sale is their motto...they certainly do not stand behind what they sell. I will not refer anyone to this place...ever.
