We took our truck frame to them along with the axles to be sandblasted and primed. I told them make sure not to get anything on the breaks because they were new. I also told them to go ahead and fix any holes in the frame because of sandblasting. I did not set a limit on cost or anything, just expected them to DO THE JOB RIGHT AND WITH COMMON SENSE. Anyway, they got sand in the hubs because of a poor tape job which now need repacked. They somehow taped up the rear wheels to avoid sanding and painting the rear breaks but still got primer on the rear inner wheels, but completely missed 3 inches of the axle. They didn't at all cover the rotors or front breaks at all and primered all of it. They sandblasted and primed the rear speed sensor instead of covering it. They sent the frame home without the primer being dry and without telling us. As expected, there were a few holes in the frame from sandblasting, but instead of fixing it BEFORE they primed it, they applied primer over it. John David, the owner said this is our fault because we did not tell them everything they had to cover and to fix holes put in. Number 1, i did tell them to cover the breaks, and not to do the wheels, and to fix holes in the frame, but even if I wouldn't have said anything the fact that they are the professional and I am not says they should have had common sense to do the job correctly without causing damage. Total damage for the things common sense says not to do $532. His response is he is not responsible because we need to detail each individual spot on the vehicle what not to touch even though his employee is standing there saying that yes i did tell them several things they didn't do anyway like fix the holes in the frame before sandblasting. He spent most his time lying and making excuses. Horrible business man that i wish we never heard of. Don't let the fact that this is an Amish or Mennonite or similar religion owned business fool you into thinking he would be honest. He lied and made up excuses like he has been raised by thieves.
