I have been a VA SLC Utah patient for more years than I can remember, so everything considered. I can't in good conscience say or post anything negaive about this O2 delivery. cpap, concentrator service and supply entity. and I AM PICKY AS HELL. The people that come out are EXTREMELY helpful, friendly and go out of their way to see to your needs. The people that take the calls, schedule appointments equally just as professional, friendly and helpful. Today, I would take a moment to "Salute" the Service rep that came to my home. His name is Phillip (I hope I have that right) I live in the Sandy, so if I'm not right then the company will hopefully correct me. He was awesome as was his dedication and personal commitment to insure all was well. THIS HAS ALWAYS BEEN A GOOD COMPANY THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH FOR YEARS !!! All of you at Valley Home aka ROTECH...ROCK !!!!!!!!! and THANK YOU !!

If I didn't have to deal with this company I wouldn't. This is who the VA contracts through so I don't have a choice. My husband is a cancer patient and requires oxygen and humidity at all times. Getting the supplies we need is a joke! Even when you do get ahold of someone and they promise to check into things and call you back they never do. This hasn't happened just once but several times. If you have a choice on who supplies your medical equipment go thru someone else!

HORRIBLE customer service. I did all the work for them and I've still been waiting over a month for a CPAP. They have nothing but excuses and clueless staff!! They've broken every promise. What bunglers! STAY AWAY!!

They told me that my insurance covered 100 % of the cost of my machine which was not true. It took longer than they said it would take to get my machine. I will no longer do business with them.

After our recent experience over a 5 day period watching a continuum of mistakes and errors I will never return to this place and would warn others about placing any trust in them!

They must have been trained in customer service by Comcast. My Dr. sent over a CPAP order, and they still have not acknowledged receiving it. I have a broken machine, and they have no loner units while this is getting straightened out. One star at best.

Update: It turns out the majority of the problem was with the Dr's admin staff. They simply lied when they said that VHM had all the paperwork. I had to physically drive to the Dr.s office and hand-carry the proper paperwork to VHM.

The bright spot here is that Andy at VHM really did a great job dealing with BCBS. He even tried expediting the order with them since my unit was broken, but they wouldn't saying "it isn't life threatening". They obviously don't use a CPAP.

So at the end of the day, I've raised my review to 3 stars, since not having loner units is still a big issue.

Ridiculous company to deal with. My doctor sent over a script for a new CPAP machine in December. The company never made an attempt to contact me in regards to the script. I called the company in January and they "took a message" and would call me back that day. They never called. I called the next day and was told the same thing. On the third day they finally called and let me know they were out of CPAP machines and had them "on order". Now a month after that call, still no contact with the company and no CPAP machine. Yet their automated "supplies" program keeps calling to solicite me purchasing new supplies for my old machine. Now it's February and I find myself having to call the company again and keep "following up" on their inability to provide me a CPAP machine in a timely manner. It's a good thing my old one still works. I am glad I am not relying on them for actual medical care or I'd be dead.

Terrible customer service

Valley Home Medical in Midvale has been ridiculous to deal with. Because of them I've had to go to several doctor appointments to requalify for my oxygen concentrator. Now because they didn't follow through. They want me to start over again. There must be a better supply company to deal with.
