I have taken three vehicles to Unique in the last 10 years. I have had awesome experience with them in the past. However most recently, I had an incident where my vehicle was hit by another driver. My wife took my truck to them because they were on the list of repair shops supplied by the other drivers insurance. After a brief conversation with my wife she contacted me via Skype, because I was currently deployed overseas. In discussion of the repairs need, and the concerns of the mechanical integrity of the wheel hub assembly, I ask him about a couple small dents elsewhere on the vehicle. He said that he would, "take care" of these dents while it was in the shop. I specified that I would like to have the dents pulled and not just filled. When she went and picked up the truck the damage done by the other driver looked well done and impressive. However the extra dents were not done in the way we discussed, one was pulled and filled correctly. The other was not even sanded, you could see where layers of paint for the impact were still present and there was dirt still inside the dent. It was not pulled, but it was painted over. I feel as if they took advantage of the situation because I was communicating with them from overseas, and the fact that she didn't have a vehicle after returning the rental car. To top it off, they didn’t even wash the vehicle, there was sanding powder from the Bondo (body putty) all over my truck. I was very displeased. I WILL not use this shop again, and I will not do as I have in the past and recommend this shop to anyone. As for Dan at the Midvale shop, thanks for showing me how you really do business so that I can go elsewhere and get the job done right. Even Macco has out done your shop this time around.

My dad wrecked the car they came towed it to the shop they was very professional up front and polite they talked to the insurance company for us. I am very pleased with the way they took care of everything. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I took in my car for a very simple repair, replacing the drivers side door handle. I already had the part and even provides the bolts needed. All they had to do was replace the door handle. They have terrible customer service. They wrote down my phone number wrong.... This was supposed to be a one hour repair I called them over two hours later and they said my car was ready they just wrote down the wrong phone number. When I went to pick up the car it looked terrible. The door handle was not flush with the door and there was a big gap. They also asked me if there were problems with my locks. I said no there have been no issues with my car key hole and locks. I paid in cash and they gave me no receipt. When I went to pay he asked me, how much is this supposed to be again? They don't write up any bill or proof of payment. When I got home I discovered my automatic locks were totally messed up and my car alarm now goes off when I try to open the drivers side door. This was the worst experience I have had. Now this one hour repair has turned into a nightmare and I will have to bring my car back tomorrow and demand a refund or either have them repair the locks and apparent electrical damage that has been done. Terrible Terrible place will not recommend to anyone!!!

I have had my fair share of accidents and the experience I had with this body shop is by far the best experience I have ever had! I was so impressed throughout the entire process with the customer service I received. These people really do care about their customers! If you are looking for a trustworthy, super fast and fair company than this is it. I will never take my care anywhere else! Thank you Unique for providing quality service I can count on, you have made a lifelong customer out of me.

This has been the second time that I used Unique. I was referred there and they did a great job the first time. I decided to use them when I was in an accident. The insurance company from the other driver had them on their list. I was impressed again with the service and attention that they gave me as a customer. The insurance company dealt directly with them, they even had a guy from the rental car agency meet me there. It was flawless and easy and THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB!!!Thank youM Bowles

This has to be the best body shop I have ever worked with. And for someone who has been in quite a lot of fender benders, that is saying a lot. The customer service and the communication is awesome. If you ever need your car repaired, this is the place to go. :)
