I have been coming here for years. My husband uses them for his military uniforms. They repaired a rip in my son's coat and we couldn't even find where it had been fixed, it was done so well. Always on time or they let me know if there will be delays. Great about rush jobs when needed for special occasions. They can repair, hem or alter anything! Love this place. Loyal customer for life.

I have had good experiences at Stitched Specialties. * No missed deadlines* Courteous help* Quality work* No challenges with customized requestsEvery business has its ups and downs but from my experience, they do a great job. I only know of one challenge I had with a hem and it was fixed immediately. I'll continue to use them because I know what I'm getting. They have had the same employees there for years, and that's a sign of good management.

Staff is knowledgeable with tailoring and alterations, however, the following list details the problems:Trouble meeting deadlines.Fail to call customer if something comes up preventing completion of job by the specified deadline.Poor communication between staff.When a message is left with staff to call customer back, then customer usually will not be called back.Customer has to do their own follow up with the company in order to make sure the job is getting done in a timely fashion.Small jobs usually get neglected for larger jobs, pushing the completion date out by as long as 6 weeks.Poor customer service.
