I went into this location with my daughter on the 11th of April, where I was curtly greeted, I ordered the orange chicken, and then a rice bowl, hold the veggies, then the lady at the register barked at me, which orange chicken did I want? I replied, I didnt realize there were two, she then held her hand up into my face to shut me up and continued on telling me the difference, I then asked why she was being rude and I asked for the manager, when she made no attempt to get the manager, I said "I dont want anything form you", I also said I would be calling later as we were leaving, still arguing with me she said "go ahead, I'll be here all night!" I'm not sure if that ment she was the manager, but if she is... I feel sorry for your buisness. I love Rumbi's, I have for years, I was so excited to see one open right next to me, but as long as there is a chance this lady will be there, I wont be. I can also promise that if this person continues to work there she will run off more buisness. I am a restaraunt manager myself for a full service, very well known establishment, If anyone of my employees behaved like this, the would be terminated on the spot. Never have I been treated in such a way by anyone, let alone someone who is providing customer service.
