I have had several phones fixed here for my wife. The customer service is the best around. They're my go-to guys for everything. They even replaced and upgraded my hard drive to a solid state in my computer within an hour.

I took in my iPhone 6s to get the glass replaced. When I got there they were very fast and friendly to greet me. The guy up front was very fun to chat with and had me laughing even though I was not happy about my broken phone. They told me it would take about a half hour or so. I went and got a drink real quick and came back about 20 min later and they already done! It looked great and works better than ever! It was a very great experience and will always go there for any of my phone tablet and computer problems! Great job iQue

So I took an iPhone 6 to get its glass/screen replaced. Took advantage of the groupon coupon. Called ahead just to make sure screen was available. Removed sim card and turn off the phone before i Walked in, check in the phone verified touch screen is working normal. Gentleman said it would be 30 to 40 minutes, no problem. Pick up phone and verified touch screen works, paid for service and double check again and found screen was not flush with phone and was popping out every time I push it in. Went back in stood at the desk for about 8 minutes until I got someone's attention back there, let her know my issue, didn't know what she did but 10m later I receive the phone and where it was popping out had all this glue or some or something all over it which I felt wasn't a great install.

Get your phone fixed somewhere else. They attempted to fix my phone three times. First time, discoloration on top of screen. Second time, earpiece and home button nonfunctional. Third time, brightness sensory broken. I took it back in and after the lady had taken it back twice to try to fix it, she then informed me of a sudden water damage. 3 days later my phone completely quit working. iQue repair would not be held responsible for the damages and now I am out of my iPhone 5 stuck with a flip phone. Incredibly unprofessional and it is really not worth it getting it fixed here. Take your device somewhere else.

i brought my iphone 4s into have a screen replacement. when i got there customer service was pretty good and got right to work on my phone and told me it would take about an hour to finish. after about an hour and a half they still where not done, when i asked what was going on they said they where having problems aquiring a signal. now please note my phone is jailbroken and i have never had any software issues with my phone. anyways the techs at iQue said they have tried everything they could and were completely stumped and out of answers. they told me a few options that "may" fix my phone, but basically told me my phone is broken. well i didnt give up i went home and searched my issue on google and sure enough it was a simple glitch error that is very easy to fix. Obviously im not a "professional apple products tech" like these guys claim to be, but i was able to fix my phone in 5 min and these so called experts had no solutions. other than that the screen replacement looks fine, but if i were going to get any repairs of hardware to any jailbroken iphone/ipad would not be wise, these guys have no clue how to fix it if there is a giltch.
