My shoe was fixed on the day and time that was agreed upon. It looked great! He was friendly and only took him 1 week. For some that might not be quick enough but for me it was perfect! Also the price was VERY affordable.

Had to have the sole of my fire boots fixed twice and finally gave up and took them some where else.
