terrible! don't get a home mortgage with this credit union! I was doubling my monthly payment and thought it was going to principal but after about a year found out that it was not. my account was frozen and it took months and months to get it figured out. I closed all my accounts at Cyprus and had to pay my mortgage off. I will never use Cyprus again. if I was you I would get out while you can. also I have heard of others having problems there too.

Great place to bank, excellent staff, great management, and wonderful to work with
