I absolutely love living here. The apartments are spacious and nice. Very clean, no pests whatsoever. Amber and her office staff are terrific to work with. They are always quick to respond to any problems or concerns. The grounds are well kept by Mike and his maintenance staff. They walk the property every morning cleaning up trash. I've never seen anything like that before in an apartment situation. There is security that patrols the grounds at night so it is very safe. The pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. The laundry area is clean and easily accessible with dozens of washers and dryers so there is never any wait. This place is pet friendly and the office staff even have treats for your fur babies if you go in to visit them. My roommate and I plan on staying here for a very long time.

S***-hole is the only way to describe this place. The first day I moved in the furnace wasn't working. I reported it to the management immediately and they said it was their top priority. This being November cold weather and living on the bottom floor it was very cold in the apartment to say the least. It took them 4 hours to get someone to come look at it. It then took him 2 days to fix it because he kept leaving to take care of other problems in the complex. This being a problem that should have been fixed before I moved in. A lot of the residents here are drug users/sellers. My upstairs neighbor asked if I liked to "party" as well as several other people who were walking on the premises. There is this meth head that I see walking around every day in the same clothes asking to bum a smoke from me, even though I told him I don't smoke. I eventually started telling him he can get a job and buy his own smokes and ever since then he quit asking me. One time I was walking to get my mail at 10:30pm, after I got off work and in one of the stairwells of the apartment there was a man smoking out of some pipe and he noticed me and just turned so I couldn't see the pipe. The gall of some people!! I constantly see police and other emergency vehicles here. The complex security is almost non-existent, except the one time when they hassled me for getting in my car looking for my cell phone at night. The security wanted me to prove that I owned my car. Because my keys weren't enough. I felt so unsafe that I went and got my concealed weapon permit and bought a handgun. Don't even think about living here. The rent is way too high for the quality of the place. Everything in the apartments are as cheap as possible. 15+ year old dishwasher and oven/range. Lighting is almost non-existent. This has to be the best Midvale apartment I lived in,but that isn't saying much. The only positive difference about here and not the other places in Midvale I lived at is that my unit didn't have cockroaches, but they do have buildings they have to spray for cockroaches because of disgusting tenants.
