I had bought a Stereo System with an Amplifier, Speakers I paid over $1100.00 and I am now having things replaced a year later. with a company that I can trust. Audio Warehouse personal do not guarantee there systems as well as they do a very poorly job not hooking all the speakers to your stereo as well as tell you that they can't set it up to your already installed mic or iPod hookup. Go with someone that is honest with their customers.

My father purchased a rear backup camera set up from this business the day after it was having issues he called them up and asked for the issues the company stated because he didn't pay for them to install it they didn't have to do anything. my dad asked if they would switch it over or exchange it and they refused to do so and hung up on my father he called in several times after and they did the same thing. so he asked me to call them to see if they would respond to me I asked for a manager or an owner and the guy who answered the phone said they were not in and that I couldn't talk to them and hung up on my I called back irritated and the same guy then said I could talk to him that he was the assistant manager then so i stated i wanted to talk to a manager or an owner and then he hung up on me again. so i called back and he answered stating that he already called the police on me and then stated he would be suing us for harassing him and to never call or come back to the business over an $80.00 backup camera setup.

I bought a remote start - alarm from them. They gave me a great price and installed it in just a few hours. I will definitely go back to them next time I need something.

Went to get a keyless entry system installed there, with a quoted price of $99. Went back to pick it up and they said, well, we had to do some extra work, so $10 more. What? I told them they quoted me a price and they should stand by it. Nope. They charged me every cent. I will never go back. They will nickel and dime you. Stay away.

I went to this company to get a stereo installed, it worked fine while I was on vacation. As we were driving back, it shorted out. I have a brand new car and the owner of the company changed out the unit but complained. Two weeks later it shorted out again. I called him back and he said that it has something to do with my car. He sent me to Interwest Electronics and told me that they would have to repair the stereo. He told me that he had not one faulty radio from that brand. I got the unit repaired and it was a factory issue. When I went back to have him reinstall the stereo, he said that he would have to charge me again for the installation. I told him that never mind, I would rather pay someone else but I would never use him again and I would tell everyone that he has very poor customer service.

I purchased a replacement radio for my factory unit and had a buzzing sound at highway speed. I took my car back and the service technicians went out of their way to make sure the issue was taken care of , then called a few days later to make sure it was working OK. I have since bought a DVD player for my daughter and I just purchased a new radio and speakers for my son's car. All three purchases have been a good experience and I recommend them highly.
