That first review reads like an advertisement from the company itself - any company that has to do that is questionable on it's own, but I'll add my review. About 4 years ago we had a bad sewage backup. All Pro was quick to respond and they did an adequate job and followed up on their work. Their bill was questionable - I got the feeling that they insisted on renting us some things we didn't need, but in the end the work was done so we were content, however we had exactly the same problem as the other reviewer - Not long after we recieved the bill we got the collection notice and lien. We had been in regular contact with the company and were just shocked. Recently we had another problem and without spending taking the time to remember our previous encounter we called them a second time and that's what has prompted this review. We were charged $300+ for nothing. We had started doing some of the cleaning ourselves and decided we wanted a professional to ensure things were truely clean. When they arrived they said because we'd used bleach they couldn't sanitize, but they'd do what they could which ended up being a quick wipe down of the cabinets and setting up fans (that they rented to us for three days). After they left we pulled out the mops and drug in the garden hose and got back to work. This second encounter didn't require we get the insurance involved so we just wrote them a check and chalked it up to our loss. All in all - I can't say they're a bad company, but I would recommend trying someone else.

We got a bill for around 3,000.00 for a water clean up. it has been since July. It is now Sept and we got a certified mail saying we owe them 3,000.00 plus at 1,520.28 collections fee + a lien fee of 200.00 now these guys say we owe them 4720.28. we are still waiting on an insurance check. When we talk with All pro Cleaning "Kari"they said we had nothing to worry about. well now i do. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMED them to anyone AVOID AT ALL COSTS. All pro cleaning charges you for stuff they didn't do so beware. CALL UTAH DISASTER CLEAN UP.
