Just took my 2005 Audi A4 in for an oil service and an APR tune. What a fantastic experience. These guys were super knowledgeable and explained all of my performance options as well as what maintenance I should be expecting as this car is new to me. I love the extra power and dealing with these guys was great.

Wouldn't go there again. Took my X5 in for three complaints, they fixed two and said there wasn't a problem with my wheel bearing, "the noise was coming from my tires". Bought new tires because I was tired of the noise, but the noise was still there. Took it back again and they said now there is a problem with my wheel bearing. Got that fixed and when I picked up the car, at the first stop light the brake pedal was very soft and I could push it all the way to the floor. Took it back and they said nothing they did could have caused the problem. They said I needed a new master cylinder and offered to replace it for $600+. I'm skeptical, how does a master cylinder go bad in 10 hours while in the care, custody and control of the repair shop? I don't trust them and would never take my car back. I guess I'll take my business back to the BMW dealership, they are expensive but probably worth it. At least there is a process for resolving complaints.

I have taken my Land Rover Discovery II to Alex on a recommendation many times now. For the many issues the vehicle has often had Alex and his staff not only provided quick and professional service and repair at very reasonable rates, but also took the time to explain the issues in an understandable manner while also providing me good maintenance tips for day to day. Alex and his staff are courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. I have only had good experiences with this shop compared to his competitors elsewhere in Utah. I would safely recommend anyone to take their vehicle to Alex's Autohaus. Sehr gut!

They are expensive and most of the things they fix dont really get fixed, or end up breaking a couple months later. Nice people, i read all about alex on the web site and took my car in with confidence. Maybe the guy who worked on my car was a newbe?

They did excellent work on my Audi and installed used parts without any hesitation. They also re-used the parts that were still OK in order to minimize my costs.I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend them.

I had a very bad experience at Alex's Autohaus. They created a mechanical problem by not fixing a rubbing wire.The mechanic told me about it.But never fixed the problem. This cause an additional failure.Of course they wanted to see the car again to fix their problem at my expenses

Very friendly and nice people. I like to bring my BMW there. I also love their 2 year 24000 mi warranty, courtesy shuttle and loaner car.

I have never been to anywhere that treats me better than Alex's. It is a fine repair shop and I was shocked to find out how much money was invested into the scanning and repair tools they had. (More than most dealerships)######They have my business until there is no business is left to have.

This shop is clean and boasts alot of wow. Their techs are rude, unprofessional, and condesending. They quoted me several jobs which came up 30-40% higher than KC Mercedes was. Their work was shotty, making claims of work needing to be done that 2 other shops denied needed work. ######Alex is an excellent mechanic but since he isn't under the hood his shop is below average on work satisfaction.
