I have a Filter Queen and needed someone that is experienced with a Filter Queen. I had contacted several people in the area one was an hour away. The others didn't sound like they really knew Filter Queens. After talking to Jerry I could tell he was an expert with Filter Queen. He knew what we needed without trying to sell us an expensive part. Since it was the Holidays he didn't think he would get to it that day but was able to get our part cleaned out and working that same day. I'm impressed with his vast knowledge of many high end vacuums. I'm so glad Jerry was recommended to us. He's honest and saves you money.

This is a bit late but Ace Vacuum World has been our goto place when we lived in Midvale, UT and needed parts or repair for the Rainbow vacuum we have had for over 30 years. Recently we moved to Hurricane, UT, when we needed a part for our machine made a trip up to Midvale to see if we could find it there. The owner looked through his parts bins and was able to find the obscure part we needed. He went out of his way to be of help. That's excellent customer service. Our visits have always been pleasant and service was far above what we could have expected. When it comes time to retire our machine, I know the first place I will go to find a good replacement.

Jerry was very upfront when telling me about my vacuum repair. He was reasonable and did a great job! I would recommend Ace Vacuum World to anybody. I certainly would go back and have Jerry do any work in the future.

This guy really knows his stuff. He saved us from wasting money on a pretty vacuum that wouldn't work and now we have a reasonable looking one that knocks it out of the park cleaning the floors. Really, what matters? It's going in the closet anyway right? LOVE this vacuum!
