We have been receiving quarterly services with Joey for more than 3 years and the service is consistently top notch. What we like most is that his services are warrantied, so if we notice any insects or other unwanted pests before our quarterly treatment is due (usually happens when we have heavy rains), he comes out free of charge and treats our home and yard again. He is also super flexible and will work with you to come to your home when it is convenient for you. Highly recommend!

I've used this service twice. The first time, he was about 1 1/2 hrs. late. He at least called to say he was going to be late because he had to take his child to school. When he finally showed up, he did an excellent job. He is charming, he explained everything he was going to do, and was very thorough. I called him again because of his thoroughness even though he was so late and so cavalier about it. This time, I called him and he asked if he could call me back. He didn't return my call, so I called him again. He was sorry, he forgot. I made an appointment with him and he again was extremely late. He was not as enthusiastic this time and wasn't as thorough. His work was adequate but not exceptional as it was the first time. I decided to use someone else after that (I can't remember who or I would provide a recommendation), and they were exactly on time, were professional and thorough.
