Robert Goad has always been honest, reasonable and direct. He has installed new shower fixtures, repaired outside pipes, and installed water tanks. I have used him and his grandson many times as has my neighbor and a friend. He will call you back if you leave a message. BTW he loves dogs.

Called Goad Plumbing and the owner answered the phone. I explained I had a drain clog and although he could not get to me, he gave me several things to check over the phone and was very knowledgeable.

Up until today I would've given 5stars easily. However, Mr. Goad's poor attitude and confrontational approach has changed that. In 2 areas of our front yard, he dumped sewage he removed from our plumbing. I asked him if he would kindly clean up those 2 areas as the dried sewage was an eyesore. I also worried about our grass being killed by the chemicals that were present in the sewage. Mr. Goad wouldn't hear of it and refused my requests. He became very angry and confrontational with me while speaking.
