it was awfull the lady at the front desk was very very rude. the set to many appointment for the same time, and they still take back patents back before you that have later set times so you wait almost 4 to 5 hrs to finaly go back. in the back its not any better staff is very rude and very uncaring about the patents. my time was for 8 didnt go back util almost noon. ill never go there again

Was not happy with the service. Some of the staff is not very professional and rude. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, wouldn't like to use it again.
