I have been a monthly plan holder with two vehicles here since it opened about 6 years ago. It must have sold to some new owners this year and has been going down hill ever since. Today the quality of the service was so poor I had enough and went in the office to cancel my monthly plans. The kids working there were extremely rude and when the kid who, I guess is the manager, came out of his office things went from bad to CRAZZZZY real quick. He stuck a clipboard in my stomach and threw a pen at me to get my name to cancel me. Next thing I know he's jerking his jogging jacket off and dancing around wanting to FIGHT ME!!! I thought, you have got to be kidding me.

I don't know who the new owners are but unless they make big changes in their help they are finished. For my part I will never go back there.
