Took a NEW car there for a wash, hood was scratched, spoke with manager who said he would review tapes and we should come by in an hour to see the tapes, we show up and mysteriously the car in front of us and the one behind us is on tape, ours isn't, only a pause in video...long story made short, this place will not take care of customers...POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES...
