I haven't been into the dealership, but Ariel Martinez was excellent to deal with. She handled all inquiries expediently and courteously, then made arrangements to deliver the new 450E to Lubbock.

This place is the best. I’ve never felt so good about a dealership. Frank Aranda went above and beyond any salesman I’ve ever had. He is so kind and helpful and this is how he is after the sale too. I can’t say enough good about him. Benny, who went over all the features on my car is so patient and good at his job. This is an awesome from buying, learning to customer service.

I recently bought a new GLC 300 Coupe. Yami Bencosme was my amazing salesperson. Her attention to detail of the deal and the service the entire way through was definitely a 5 star service. She has even touched base with me several times after my leaving the dealership to make sure I didn't have any questions and that I was still loving my car. If you are in the market for a Mercedes, definitely go see Yami. This is my second purchase at Alderson and the service from all members of their staff is always above and beyond when I go in. I will be a customer for the long-term just from the service that they consistently provide.

Arthur Montoya went above and beyond to help me out with a recurring problem I had (due to another dealership) since I purchased the car. In the past, other service team members would simply write my paperwork problem off or make me deal with it on my own. Arthur spent the entire day making calls to the previous dealership and even to Mercedes national to get the issue solved not only for this time, but for all future services I will need on the car. He was extremely professional and I am very thankful for his hard work. I hope to only deal with him in the future.

poor customer service, service department is slow and overpriced. takes a month to schedule anything from an oil change to something critically wrong with your vehicle. new benz is less than a year old and the biggest lemon I have ever purchased. make a smart decision and take your business elsewhere
