I took my car in to be deatiled and told the guy that I would be out of town the whole week but would drop the car off before leaving. After it was detailed he called and told me that I needed to pick up my car that day. I reminded him that I was out of town but he didn't care and said to find someone to get it. I couldn't get anyone there to pick it up until the next day and he charged me a $50 storage fee plus broke my air conditioning vent! If I had known ahead of time I could have made arrangements to have it picked up or taken it another time. Really rude!
