I originally hired a different plumber from Midland who charged me an astronomical rate for minor repairs done to my home. The additional repairs I needed were becoming more complicated than seemed necessary to me by this plumber and so I called Wilds for an estimate.
The quickly sent a plumber over (Shane), who came up with a quick and affordable solution to my pluming repair needs.
We also used Wild's to replace a furnace in one of our rental homes. I shopped around and they were the most affordable for the quality of furnace (Bryant High Efficiency) the received. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber in Midland, MI.

I had them come out and do an estimate for a furnace, after waiting months(which I was fine with.) For an install date, we had them do a 2nd estimate job, after that we called asking about financing, and Megan told me she would call me back as the 2nd estimate paper work was not back, waited she never called back, when I then called her back, she told me that because it was so close to the install date, it would have to be pushed back almost another month. And magically minutes after I hang up I have the financial application in my email, (which did not have the 2nd estimate included.)but the office was closed shortly after I got the email. So we were fed up at that point with the utterly incompetent phone staff. And then they showed up this morning trying to install, when I explained what was going on to the installer, (who was very nice.) I received a call from the manager, saying it was my fault his receptionist did not call me back, and it cost him a day of labor. I will make sure that everyone. is aware of their business practices. What a disgrace!

Fast and friendly. Have had them out to check my boiler the last 2 years. The tech was thorough and didnt leave a mess. Great prices, honest service.

I hired Wilds to rough plum a bathroom in my basement. The crew was constantly late, rarely called me back to answer questions, did sloppy work and were messy until the very end! I wouldn't recommend these guys for plumbing!
