Provided by SuperpagesPrompt, courteous & professional say it all. These folks called me right back and even apologized that I went to voice mail. They scheduled an appointment to diagnose my A/C problem the same afternoon and appeared on time. Their service was completed within an hour and my A/C was back and running properly (fixed with a part they carried on their truck). They even guaranteed their work and promised that if the same issue came up again "any time soon" that they would back out and I wouldn't pay for the second house-call.
